GLUE-LAM SCULPTURE
In conjunction with Robert Harvey Oshatz - 2010
Taipei - Taiwan

This piece of sculptural architecture was designed for a manufacturer of Glue Laminated beams based in Portland, Oregon. The sculpture formed part of an exhibition of wood products for a trade show in Taipei, Taiwan. Curved Glue Laminated beams, which are the trademark of the Portland manufacturer are positioned on the cardinal points and are cantilevers out from a solid foundation. The curved beams are then countered by straight lengths which seem to shoot off into the distance
